Returns & Exchanges

At Jewels by Bushra, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every design. If you wish to request a return or exchange, the following conditions apply.

Eligibility Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your item.

Conditions for Returns
Returned jewellery must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unaltered

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bespoke, customized, or personalized jewellery

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our concierge team at babaranjumsaeed@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your concern.

Jewels by Bushra reserves the right to inspect returned items and make the final decision regarding eligibility for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation
As each piece is carefully prepared for you:

  • Order cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible

Our team remains available to assist with aftercare and eligible return requests.
