We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every JBB design. However, if you wish to request a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility Window
Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your item.
Conditions
Returned jewellery must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unaltered
- In original packaging, with all tags intact
Exemptions
Bespoke, customized, or personalized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Begin
Please email our concierge team at jewelsbybushra@gmail.com, including your order number and a brief description of your concern.
Jewels by Bushra reserves the right to inspect all returned items and make the final decision regarding eligibility for returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
As each piece is prepared especially for you:
- Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of receiving your item.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Our team remains available to assist with aftercare or eligible return requests.
