At Jewels by Bushra, every piece is designed with care and intention. Due to the nature of designer jewellery, our refund policy is limited and strictly defined.
Jewels by Bushra operates its online store from Canada. Orders are fulfilled through our international production and logistics partners in accordance with strict quality and brand standards.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment partners.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Jewels by Bushra charges product prices and shipping fees based on the destination selected at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Jewels by Bushra is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues arising from customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Carriers
International orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Skynet, depending on the destination and service availability.
Courier selection is determined at the time of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
