Refund Policy

At Jewels by Bushra, every piece is designed with care and intention. Due to the nature of designer jewellery, our refund policy is limited and strictly defined.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only considered under the following conditions:

  • A request must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the item
  • The jewellery must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item must pass quality inspection upon return

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Bespoke, customized, or personalized jewellery
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed through Shopify and Stripe
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please allow 15–20 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Decision

Jewels by Bushra reserves the right to inspect all returned items and make the final decision regarding refund eligibility.
